Refund and cancellation policy
- New operators get a free trial, so you can try TourReply before paying.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. It stops renewing, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- If you are charged by mistake (for example, a renewal after you asked to cancel), contact us within 14 days for a full refund of that charge.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through PayHere, usually within 7–14 working days.
