Terms of service

TourReply is an online tool for tour operators, driver-guides, hotels, villas and guesthouses in Sri Lanka. Businesses ("operators") enter their own rates, and guests use the operator's link to get an itinerary or a stay quote with a price estimate built from those rates.

For operators

• You can use TourReply free during the trial period. After that it is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly in Sri Lankan rupees through PayHere.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by contacting us; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• You are responsible for your rates, your trips and your dealings with tourists. Quotes are estimates; the final price and booking are agreed between you and the tourist.
• If a subscription is not paid, your tourist link is paused (tourists can still message you on WhatsApp) until you pay again. Your data is kept.
• Do not use TourReply for false or misleading offers. We may close accounts that do.

Referral rewards

• Operators can invite other businesses with their personal invite link. When an invited business makes its first subscription payment, the operator who invited them earns a one-time cash reward (currently Rs 1,500).
• Rewards are paid by bank transfer or mobile money once a month, to the details saved in the dashboard.
• Inviting yourself, or businesses that do not really operate, does not count. Refunded or reversed payments cancel the reward.

For tourists

Itineraries and prices are estimates from the operator's own rates and are confirmed by the operator directly. TourReply is not a travel agent and does not take bookings or payments for trips.
